OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Read and understand the entire Operation Section prior to operating the machine.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.

•Insulate yourself from work or ground.
•Always wear dry insulating gloves.
