If only the trunk CCS/r is available, then multiply the trunk CCS/T by 0.5
to determine the intra CCS/r (assumes a normal traffic pattern of 33%
incoming calls, 33% outgoing calls, and 33% intra-system calls). The trunk
CCS/r and intra CCS/I’ are then added to arrive at the line CCS/T.
