Keypad (gray keys)
A numeric keypad for entering numbers is embedded within the main keyboard. To use the numeric characters, press the Num Lock button. Keys with a number in the lower right corner will type numbers whenever Num Lock is enabled. To return the keys to normal letters, press Num Lock again.
If you install an external keyboard or keypad, the keypad function is disabled.
