Inputs Menu
Change input names using the Inp uts > Name menu.
Note:
• NetCommand IR control of home
theater devices is available on
LT-40134, LT-46144, and LT-52144 models only.
• When you change an input name in the Name
menu and then exit the Name menu:

The icon in the Input Selection menu is change d
Audio/ Video settings are changed to the
defaults for the new device type.
On model s offering NetCommand control, all
“learning” for the input is also erased.

• Assign or change names of inputs appea ring in the Input Selection
menu.
• Turn ANT 1 and ANT 2 On or Off.
• Turn unused HDMI inputs Off.
• Press to move between inputs.
• Press to select a name.
• If you change the name of an input after perfor ming NetCommand
“learning,” the IR codes you “learned” are erased.
Note:
When you disconnect an HDMI device, the icon remain s in the Input
Selection menu until you remove it. To remove an unwanted HDMI icon,
select Off for the HDMI input.
Order
Put frequently used icons at the start of the Input Selection menu.
1. Press to highlight the icon to move.
2. Press

to confirm the selection.
3. Press to drag the icon to the desired positi on.
4. Press

to set the new position.

Set up NetCommand control of an A/ V receiver. This set-up allows you to:
• Operate the A/V receiver’s power and volume fun ctions with the TV’s remote control.
• Make the A/V receiver switch automaticall y to the correct audio input when you select a
device in the TV’s Input Selection menu.
