respond to a meeting request

You can receive and respond to meeting requests on your phone just like you do in Outlook on your computer.

1Press the left soft key (-) (Start).

2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Messaging and press the thumb wheel or center select key (s)

to select it.

3Scroll to your e-mail account and press the center select key (s).

4Scroll to the meeting request and press the center select key (s).

5Press the left soft key (-) (Accept); or press the right soft key (+) (Menu), scroll to Decline or Tentative, and press the center select key (s).

Use the keypad to enter numbers and use the navigation key (S) for math functions. For more operators, press the right soft key (+) (Menu).

To enter a decimal, press *. To change positive or negative, press #.
