receive e-mail

If your phone is set up to automatically check

for new messages, your phone shows e when a new message arrives.

Scroll to the message and press the center select key (s) to read it.

delete e-mail

From the inbox, press the left soft key (-) (Delete).

From an open message, press the right soft key (+) (Menu), scroll to Delete, and press the center

select key (s).

extend interval for automatically sending & receiving e-mail

1Press the left soft key (-) (Start).

2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Messaging and press the thumb wheel or center select key (s)

to select it.

3Scroll to your e-mail account to highlight it, press the right soft key (+) (Menu), scroll to Settings, and press the center select key (s).

4Press the right soft key (+) (Next) until you see the option for Automatic Send/Receive.

5Scroll to the setting under Automatic Send/Receive and press right on the navigation key (S) to select a

larger interval.

6Press the right soft key (+) (Next) and then press the right soft key (+) (Finish) to save your

changes.
