2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Messaging and press the thumb wheel or center select key (s)

to select it.

3Scroll to your e-mail account and press the center select key (s).

4Press the right soft key (+) (Menu), scroll to Tools and press the center select key (s).

5Scroll to Options and press the center select key (s).

6Scroll to Signatures and press the center select key (s).

7Scroll to the account for which you are creating the signature and check Use signature with this account.

8Scroll the Signature box, enter your signature, and press the left soft key (-) (Done).

Tip: To insert a signature in every message you send, select Include when replying and forwarding.

To quickly view new messages, scroll to the message notification area on the home screen and press the center select key (s).

While viewing a message, use the center select key (s) to select the attachment.

Note: You can view attachments only for file types that are supported by the phone.
