Shortcut: In the home screen, today’s events appear on your home screen. To see event details, scroll to it and press the select key (s).

The default reminder time for tasks and calendar items is 15 minutes.

To change the default:

1Press the left soft key (-) (Start).

2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Calendar and press the thumb wheel or center select key (s) to

select it.

3Press the right soft key (+) (Menu), scroll to Tools, and press the center select key (s).

4Scroll to Options and press the center select key (s).

5Scroll to Set Reminders and press the left soft key (-) (Done).

send calendar event to another device

To use a Bluetooth connection to send a calendar event to another phone, computer, or device:

1From the calendar item, press the right soft key (+) (Menu).

2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Send via Bluetooth

and press the thumb wheel or center select key (s) to select it.

Note: Your phone prompts you to turn on Bluetooth if it is not already on.

3Select the device to which you want to send the item and press the left soft key (-) (Send).
