mark a folder for synchronization

When you synchronize your e-mail account with your computer, the same inbox folders that are in Outlook on your computer are created on your phone.

1Press the left soft key (-) (Start).

2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Messaging and press the thumb wheel or center select key (s)

to select it.

3Scroll to your e-mail account and press the center select key (s).

4Press the right soft key (+) (Menu), scroll to Folders and press the center select key (s).

5Press the right soft key (+) (Menu), scroll to Manage Folders and press the center select key (s).

6Highlight each folder you want to synchronize and press the right soft key (+) (Sync).

Note: Be sure to mark your e-mail sent folder for

synchronization, or you won’t be able to view sent

message status.

5Scroll to Outbox and press the center select key (s).

Messages in the outbox have not been sent. To send a message, scroll to it and press the right soft key (+) (Menu) and select Send/Receive.
