insert a media object in an e-mail

To add a picture, voice note, or file in an e-mail message:

1In the composing message area of the message, press the right soft key (+) (Menu).

2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Insert and press the thumb wheel or center select key (s) to

select it.

3Scroll to Picture, Voice Note, or File and press the center select key (s).

4Scroll to Picture or File and press the center

select key (s), or follow the on-screen prompts to record a voice note.

1Press the left soft key (-) (Start).

2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Messaging and press the thumb wheel or center select key (s)

to select it.

3Scroll to your e-mail account and press the center select key (s).

4Scroll to the message and press the right soft key (+) (Menu).

5Scroll to Download Message and press the center select key (s).

Your phone tries to connect and download the message immediately. If it cannot connect or download the message, it retrieves the complete message the next time you synchronize or connect to your e-mail server.
