5Scroll to Add to Speed Dial. and press the center select key (s).

6In the Keypad Assignment, select the speed dial number to use and press the left soft key (-)

Note: Speed dial 1 is reserved for calling your voicemail.

To delete a speed dial entry, press the left soft key (-) (Start) and select Speed dial. Scroll to the entry, press the right soft key (+) (Menu), and select Delete.

When your phone’s Start menu is in grid or list format, you can set a speed dial shortcut to open an application on your phone.

Note: You can’t set shortcuts if you change to the circular view, but you can still use shortcuts if you have already set them.

2Use the thumb wheel to scroll to the icon of the

application you want a shortcut for and press right soft key (+) (Menu).
