EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, MICROSOFT SHALL HAVE NO LIABILTIY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
