3Press the right soft key (+) (Menu),

select Add Server Source, and press the center select key (s).

4In Server Address, enter the exchange server address and press the right soft key (+) (Next).

Note: You might be required to check This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection.

5In User Name, enter your user name for the e-mail account.

6In Password, enter the password for the account.

7In Domain, enter the server’s domain name (if necessary).

Tip: If you don’t want to enter your password each time you synchronize, check Save Password.

8Press the right soft key (+) (Next).

9Choose the data you want to synchronize, such as

Contacts, Calendar, Email, and Tasks.

10Press the left soft key (-) (Finish).

11Press the left soft key (-) (Sync) to synchronize your phone with the Exchange server and then go to the steps in “sync over the air” on page 58.

After you configure your synchronization settings, you can modify your settings, synchronization schedule, and connections. To find the settings, press the left soft key (-) (Start), select ActiveSync, and then press the right soft key (+) (Menu).
