se tting breads tend to have a da rker,
thicker crus t th an o ther kinds of bread. Someti mes there
wilt be a crack in the top of the crust. This is be cause
baking is done at highe r te mperature s. T hey also tend
to be s horter, denser loa ves.
-You CANN OT use the Del ay Timer for th e
setting s. This would coo t the liquid ing redients and a ffect
the way that the bread rises.
-You CANN OT use the “Crust Co lor” button s for
setting breads.

If the loaf is hard to re move from t he pa n, si t for about
5 minutes to coot. Gently shake the bread out of the pan
and wait f or 15 minute s befo re sli cing.
If you wish to bak e anot her Lo af of bread, you must let
the b readmake r coot for 20 minu tes wi th the cover open.
