Checking the Current Status

Voic e Sta tus

The phone announces faulted zones and a current security status when this feature
is turned on.
Refer to “Checking For Open Zones” on page 14 in the 3000EN Security Systems
User’s Guide.
Make sure all perimeter doors and windows are closed and is
displayed.
: Press the soft key ( ), and follow step 2 above, using the
cordless handset. Press [OFF] to go to the standby mode.
1Press [ADT].
2Scroll to “VOICE STATUS” by pressing [
d
] or
[
B
], then press [
g
].
• The current status of the phone is displayed and
announced.
• Pressing [*] within 20 seconds advances/repeats
voice annunciation for faulted zones.
3Press [STOP] to go to the standby mode.
