3.2Telephone Features

Using Paging — Group: to a particular extension group

PT and SLT

During a conversation

TRANSFER

For a PT

For an SLT

For a PT: Press TRANSFER.	Dial tone
For an SLT: Flash the hookswitch.

Dial 33.		Enter a paging group	Confirmation tone
		number (1 through 8).

• The other party is placed on hold.

Announce.	Wait for an answer.	Confirmation tone	Hang up or press
			SP-PHONE.

• The held party and the paged extension are connected and can start a conversation.

Condition

SLT

•If “Hold-3” is assigned in System Programming, you must dial “20” after ﬂashing the hookswitch.
