Editing an Item in the Directory

This feature can operate only with the handset. Make sure the unit is in the standby mode.

1	Press BACK (Þ) or FWD/EDIT (ß) to enter
	the directory list.
2	Press (Ý) or (Ü).
	³The ﬁrst item is displayed.
3	Press (Ý) or (Ü) repeatedly to ﬁnd
	the directory item you want to change

Edit the name using the dialling buttons, BACK (Þ) or FWD/EDIT (ß) (p. 52), up to 15 characters.

Press (Ý) (Next key).

³If you do not need to change the number, press (Ý) (Next key) twice and go to step 8.

Add a number to the current number.

³Each time you press (INTERCOM/CLEAR), a character is erased from the right. To erase all of the digits, press and hold

(INTERCOM/CLEAR).
