Erasing Caller List Information

After checking the Caller List, you can erase some or all of the entries.

Make sure the unit is in the standby mode.

To erase a speciﬁc caller from the Caller List

With the handset

1 Lift the handset off the base unit and press (Ý) or (Ü) to enter the Caller List.

10 new calls

2 Press (Ý) or (Ü) repeatedly to ﬁnd the caller you want to erase from the Caller List.

3 Press (INTERCOM/CLEAR).

Clear

³A beep sounds and

the information is erased. ³To erase other items, repeat

from step 2.

³To return to the standby mode, press (FUNCTION/EXIT/CH).

With the base unit

1 Press (CALLER\ID) to enter the Caller List.

10 new calls

2 Press (SKIP/FF) or (REPEAT/REW) repeatedly to ﬁnd the caller you want to erase from the Caller List.
