(DECT). DECT technology is characterised by high-security protection
against interception as well as high-quality digital transmission.
This telephone was designed for a wide range of applications.
For example, this telephone can be used within a network of base units and
handsets, constituting a telephone system which:
operates up to 6 handsets from one base unit
allows intercom between 2 handsets
allows a handset to operate from 4 base units, expanding the
communication radio area.
This telephone may be used for:
operating for up to 6 handsets
operating from for up to 4 base units
connecting the base unit to a PBX.

DECT
The abbreviation DECT means "Digital Enhanced Cordless
Telecommunications".
