Transferring a call without an intercom

This feature enables you to transfer the call to another handset without waiting
for the handset to answer the page. (Ex. Handset 1 is transferring a call to
Handset 2.)

Handset 1:
During a call, press (Intercom), then press the desired handset
number using the dialling buttons. Press (Talk) to transfer the call.
•The call is put on hold.

Handset 2:
When the unit rings, press (Talk) to answer the call.
•The transfer is completed.
• If the paged handset does not answer within 30 seconds, a ring tone sounds at
the paging handset. The paging handset can return to the call by pressing
(Talk).

Conference
During a conversation with the handset, you can make an intercom call to
another handset and then combine the calls together to establish a conference
call.

Handset 1:
During a call, press (Intercom). Then press the desired handset
number using the dialling buttons.
•The call is put on hold.
•If there is no answer, press (Intercom) to return to the call.

Handset 2:
When the unit rings, press (Talk) to answer the page.

Handset 1:
Press to establish a conference call.

Handset 1 or 2:
Press (Talk) to end the conference call.
