Remote Operation from a Touch Tone Phone

Direct Remote Operation

Once you have entered the remote code, you can also control your unit by direct commands instead of using the voice menu. To end the remote operation, hang up anytime.

Direct commands

NEW MESSAGE	(4)	•Only new messages are played back.
PLAYBACK	(4)

ALL MESSAGE	(5)	•All messages are played back.
PLAYBACK	(5)

REPEAT	(1)	••The current message is repeated.
(During playback)		If you press within 5 seconds of
		playback, the previous message will be
		played.

SKIP	(2)	•The current message is skipped.
(During playback)	(2)	The next message is played.

CHANGING	(3)	•Each time you press the button, the
PLAYBACK	(3)	playback speed will change to
SPEED		slow/normal.

STOP	(9)	•Operation is stopped temporarily.
	(9)	•To resume operation, enter a direct

command within 15 seconds, or the voice menu will start.
