5Press (fl) (Yes key).
6Enter a phone number, up to 22 digits.
Each time you press (CLEAR), a digit is
erased. To erase all of the digits, press and
hold (CLEAR).
To move the cursor, press (fi) or (fl).
7Press (›) (Next key).
8Press (fl) (Save key).
A beep sounds.
To store other numbers, repeat from step 4.
To exit the programming mode, press (EXIT).
If a pause is required for dialing, (PAUSE) can be stored in a phone number
counting as one digit (p. 57) in step 6.
You can exit the programming mode any time by pressing (EXIT).
To erase a stored number
Repeat steps 1 through 5 ¤press and hold (CLEAR) until all of the digits
are erased ¤(›) (Next key) ¤(fl) (Save key).
Dialing (Base\Unit)
1Press the required DIRECT button ((DIRECT1), (DIRECT2) or
(DIRECT3)).
If 3 beeps sound, you have not stored the phone numbers in the DIRECT
buttons. Store the number.
The DIGITAL SP-PHONE indicator lights.
The stored number is dialed.
Numbers stored in the base unit can only be dialed by the base unit.
You can also dial the stored number by pressing (DIGITAL\SP-PHONE) or lifting
the handset then pressing the DIRECT button.
