“Telephone Plug-in” for Microsoft Office Outlook

“Telephone Plug-in” pop-up window for incoming call

When a call is received, “Telephone Plug-in” displays a pop-up window (Microsoft Office Outlook contact list) on your computer display to let you know there is an incoming call.

R If the caller’s phone number does not match a contact in the Microsoft Office Outlook contact list, a new contact window is displayed with the Caller ID information for the caller (if the Caller ID information contains the name and phone number). You can edit the contact information in the window and store it as a new contact.

R To call back the caller displayed on the pop-up window, click [Call from line1] or [Call from line2] to select the desired line.

Important:

R To use “Telephone Plug-in” features, you must subscribe to a Caller ID service. Contact your service provider/telephone company for details.

1Click [Options] in the toolbar.

2Change the following settings as necessary. n Plug-in language ----(A)

You can select English, Français, or Español.

n Caller Information ----(B)

You can select whether the pop-up window is displayed or not.

Enable(default): Displays a Microsoft Office Outlook contact window. Disable: Does not display a pop-up window.

3Click [OK] to complete the changes.
