Timer Controlled Communications

General Description

You can send a document to one or multiple stations at any preset time within the next 24 hours. Up to 10 built-in timers can be set for deferred transmission and deferred polling.

Enter the start time from the keypad. (Use a 4-digit, 24-hour clock)

NOTE 1. If you enter a wrong number in Step 4, press CLEAR then re-enter the right number.

2.To change or cancel the Deferred Communication settings, see page 84 and 86.

3.When you reserve a deferred transmission without storing a document into memory, the

following message will be shown on the display after pressing START in the last step.
