No 'VPS/PDC time' in the GUIDE Plus+® System

There is no channel overview in the GUIDE Plus+® system

Missing or wrong TV channel in the 'Grid' screen

When you press GUIDE/TV J the

GUIDE Plus+® setup screen will appear

bThe programme number of the TV channel is not available in the GUIDE Plus+® system or allocation is wrong.

To change or check the channel data, proceed as follows:

1Press GUIDE/TV J .

2Press A I .

3Select 'Editor' with C M .

4Select the TV channel using B O or A I .

5Press C M to go to the right tile.

In case you can receive the selected channel only via an external receiver, press the red button to select the corresponding source.

6Press the green button.

7Enter the programme number of the TV channel using the number buttons.

If the source you have selected is an external receiver, enter the programme number that you would also enter at the external receiver for this TV channel.

8Confirm with OK L .

bIf no GUIDE Plus+® data is available, enter the right programme number after you have confirmed the ShowView programme number using OK L .

bThis happens occasionally. To switch on the channels proceed as follows:

1Press GUIDE/TV J .

2Press A I .

3Select 'Editor' using C M .

4Select the TV channel using B O or A I .

5Press D K to select the left row.

6Switch on the TV channel using the red function button D .

7End with GUIDE/TV J .

bThe GUIDE Plus+® System just shows the start time. The 'VPS/PDC' time will be taken into account.

bDVD recorder is switched on: Switch off the DVD recorder to allow data transfer bThe TV channel that transmits the GUIDE Plus+® data is not set properly.

bExternal receiver (satellite receiver, set-top box, cable TV box, ...) (if available) is switched off: switch on the external receiver

bG-LINK cable is not connected: Connect the G-LINK cable and make the necessary settings to control the external receiver (see chapter 'The GUIDE Plus+® System', section 'Installation of the 'External receiver 1').

bCheck that your external receiver (if available) sends out teletext data through the scartcable.

Connect therefore the scartcable from the external receiver directly to the TV set and call up the teletext function on the TV set from a TV channel that transmits teletext data. If no teletext appears, your external receiver can not be used for the GUIDE Plus+® system.

bWrong local post code/country was entered

bPlease check your correct channel line up in the 'Grid' screen. Read therefore the section 'The 'Editor' screen.

bThe GUIDE Plus+® system was not completely installed or local post code was not entered.

2Select the corresponding line using B O or A I and confirm with OK L .
