Selecting files fromthe filename list
Filename list lets you see the list of file names
(orfolder names) and select one of themto
playback.
1 Press /LIST to switch to the file name
listmode.
Namesof files and folders appear in the dis-
play.
2 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select the de-
siredfile name (or folder name).
Turnto change the name of file or folder.
—whena file is selected, press to play.
—whena folder is selected, press to see a list
offiles (or folders) in the seleted folder.
—whena folder is selected, press and hold to
playa song in the selected folder.
#Youcan also play the file by pushing
MULTI-CONTROLright.
#Youcan also play a song in the selected folder
bypushing and holding MULTI-CONTROL right.
#Toreturn to the previous list (the folder one
levelhigher), press DISP/BACK/SCRL. You can
alsoperform this operation by pushing
MULTI-CONTROLleft.
#Toreturn to the top tier of list, press and hold
DISP/BACK/SCRL.
#Toreturn to the ordinary display, press
BAND/ESCor /LIST.
#Ifyou do not operate the list within about 30
seconds,the display automatically returns to the
ordinarydisplay.
