If you do not have the correct postage on a piece of mail, you can add more postage directly on a piece of mail. If you prefer, you can print the corrections on a tape instead and then apply it to the piece of mail.

The following outlines the procedure for processing a postage correction.

1.Press the Custom Presets button and select PCorrect (option 1) and then press Enter to confirm.

2.Place your mail pieces on the integrated scale or enter the weight manually using the Manual Weight Entry feature.

3.Press the Class button and select Change Class, which is the first menu option and then select the Class button again to scroll down the list of options and select Other Payment (option 7) and then press Enter to confirm.

4.Select Postage Correct (option 1.) and then press Enter to confirm. The following screen will be displayed.

5.Select your postage range (option 1. or option 2.) and then press Enter. Enter your postage correction value using the numeric keypad and be sure to use the appropriate decimal places.

6.Once you have entered your Correction amount you must confirm it by pressing Enter. The system will take you back to the Home screen where you can then print your Correction indicia.
