Printing a Refill Summary

4.The system dials the Postage By Phone® Data Centre. The following messages display during the refill:

“Dialing... Please Wait.” “Connecting...Please Wait.” “Processing...Please Wait.” . “Refill Successful.”

5.Print out a refill receipt.

Insert a spare envelope on the deck or press the Tape key (DM230L/ DM330L) to print the receipt. It contains the following information:

•Date and time of the report

•The refill amount, your Postage By Phone® account balance and any credit line remaining

•Your account number

•Your Postal Security Device serial number

If error messages display during the refill, or the refill was not successful, see the troubleshooting instructions in Chapter 7.

If you have a supervisor password, you can print a statement showing the details of the last five refills.

1.Press the Options key.

2.Select the number for Reports.

3.Select the number for Refill Summary.

4.Key in your password and press Enter.

5.Place a spare envelope on the feed deck, guiding it to the rear and right; or press the Tape key to print the report.
