This section describes how to:

•Enter your Pitney Bowes Postage By Phone® account number.

•Set a default amount when you add postage to your control centre.

•Password protect the adding postage process.

•Transfer funds from your control centre back to your Postage By Phone® account (only when shipping your system and when instructed to do so by a Pitney Bowes representative).

In order to add postage to your account, you need a valid Postage By Phone® account number.

1.Press the Options key.

2.Select Setup Menu, then Basic Settings.

3.Select Refill Setup.

4.Select PB Account Number.

CAUTION! If you change your mind and decide not to change this number, press the CE/C key TWICE to back out of the screen and retain the number.

5.Type in your eight-digit Postage By Phone® account number.

6.Press Enter. The control centre display shows the number you entered.
