No Display on Control Centre; Control Centre Will Not Run

1.Is power cord plugged into both mailing machine base and wall outlet? Make sure the power cord is not connected to a switched wall outlet.

2.Check power lamps on mailing machine base and control centre. Both lamps should be on.

3.The control centre may be in sleep mode. Press any key to wake it.

Envelope Feeding Problems – DM230L/DM330L

Envelope Stalls on Transport Deck

HINT: If the Control Centre display prompts “Remove Env” but no envelope is present, check if there is a partially-fed tape on the feed deck.

To clear envelope:

1. Pull feed deck release knob forward (A) and lower deck as shown.

2. Carefully pull envelope out from right (B).

3. Make sure deck is clear of paper fragments.

4. Close deck.

To avoid envelope stalls:

1.Make sure your envelopes meet our published specifications. See Chapter 1.

2.Feed envelopes correctly. See the instructions in Chapter 3. Don't try to feed oversize envelopes through the machine. Use tape strips instead.
