Setting the

Clear Zone

Option

You can use the AutoClear option to have your system clear either the class or the Zone whenever you place a new piece of mail on the scale.

1.Press the Options key, then Setup Menu, then Basic Settings.

2.Press the Options key again then select Scale/Rates Setup .

3.Select AutoClear.

4.Select AutoClear Class to clear the class. Select AutoClear Zone to clear the Zone. Select AutoClear Off to disable this option.

5.Once you make your selection, the displays shows the status of the AutoClear option.

You can have your system clear the Zone whenever you enter a new class.

1.Press the Options key, then Setup Menu, then Basic Settings.

2.Press the Options key again then select Scale/Rates Setup .

3.Select New Class - Clear Zone.

4.The display shows the status of the Clear Zone feature, On or OFF.

5.To change the current setting, press Enter and the display shows the new status.

If you do not want to change the status, press No (Options key).
