Processing Parcels

NOTE: The K700 postage meter does not provide rates for packages.

To process a package you must know the amount of postage for your weight of your package and the method in which you want to send it. The Canada Post website at at www.canadapost.ca has a rate cal- culator you can use to determine the amount of postage your parcel requires.

1.From the main screen, enter the postage using the numeric keys and press Enter/yes. NOTE: You do not need to enter the deci- mal point.

2.Slide a tape sheet into the mail deck. The postage meter prints the digital indicia and indicates when to remove the sheet when finished.

3.Attach the tape sheet to the parcel.
