PolarElectro Inc. for the consumers who have

purchasedthis product in the USA or Canada. This

limitedPolar international guarantee is issued by Polar

ElectroOy for the consumers who have purchased this

productin other countries.

•PolarElectro Inc. / Polar Electro Oy guarantees to the

originalconsumer/ purchaser of this product that the

productwill be free from defects in material or

workmanshipfor two years from the date of purchase.

•Pleasekeep the receipt or stamped Polar Customer

ServiceCard as a proof of purchase!

•Theguarantee does not cover the battery, damage due

tomisuse, abuse, accidents or non-compliance with the

precautions;improper maintenance, commercial use,

crackedor broken cases.

•Theguarantee does not cover any damage/s, losses,

costsor expenses, direct, indirect or incidential,

consequentialor special, arising out of, or related to the

product.During the guarantee period the product will be

eitherrepaired or replaced at an authorized service

centerfree of charge.

•Thisguarantee does not affect the consumer’s statutory

rightsunder applicable national or state laws in force, or

theconsumer’s rights against the dealer arising from

theirsales/ purchase contract.
