Buttonlock: Select Manual lockor Automatic

Automaticlock: The wrist unit automatically
locksall the buttons except LIGHT during
training.You can switch the button lock off by
pressingand holding LIGHT until Buttons
unlockedis displayed.
Manuallock: To lock buttons manually, press
andhold LIGHT and confirm with OK. To unlock
pressLIGHT until Buttons unlocked is
displayed.
Units:Select Metric (kg/km) or Imperial
(lb/ft).By selecting lb/ft, calories are displayed
asCal, otherwise they are shown as kcal.
Language:Select Deutsch, English, Español,
