Touch the Search field at the top of the screen to search for a file. Touch a folder to open it.

5Touch a file to view it.

6Touch Show Content to show the file to the other call participants.

7While viewing a file, you can do the following on the Polycom Touch Control screen:

Touch and to zoom in or out. To reset the content to its

original size, touch

You can also zoom in by placing two fingers on the screen and pinching or sliding them apart. Touch and hold the image to move it around the screen and view different areas. To zoom out, place your fingers in a V-shape on the screen and slide or pinch them back together.

Touch the arrows to go back and forth within the slides. You can also

touch to view slideshow thumbnails, and then touch any thumbnail to jump to that slide.

8To stop viewing a file touch Stop Showing.

9To eject the USB drive before disconnecting it, touch Eject.
