Viewing People and Content

To add annotations to the content:

1While you are showing content from a USB drive, touch Annotation to access the annotation toolbar.

—Touch to draw red lines or dots on the content.

—Touch to add yellow highlighting to areas of the content.

—Touch to white-out areas of the content.

2After you select a tool, touch and drag your finger across the screen to use it. If you are in a call and showing the content, the far sites see your annotations.

3Touch Clear to clear the annotations. The annotations are automatically cleared when you go to another slide or touch Stop Content.
