Answer a call

Place a call by entering the name or number, by calling from the Favorites screen, or by calling from the Directory

End a call

Make calls to multiple sites or to Immersive Telepresence sites using Meeting Composer

Answering a Call

The way a Polycom ITP system handles incoming calls depends on how your system administrator configured the system. It either answers the call automatically, rejects the call automatically, or prompts you to answer the call manually.

If the Polycom ITP system does not answer incoming calls automatically, it prompts you to answer manually.

To answer a call:

>>Touch Answer or Ignore when a call comes in.
