Placing a Call

You can use your ITP system to place a video call in any of these ways:

Entering a name or number on the Call screen.

Entering a SIP address on the alphanumeric keyboard.

Choosing a site from the Favorites screen.

Choosing a site from the Directory.

Calling by Entering a Name or Number

To call by entering a name or number:

1From the Home screen, touch Place a Call. The Keypad screen appears.

2Using the keypad, enter the video or phone number, IP address, or E.164 extension for the site.

To enter letters, touch Keyboard.

If you make a mistake while dialing, touch Backspace.
