CROSSRAMP: Press and hold the CROSSRAMP arrow keys to increase or decrease the ramp incline from 1 to 20.
Changes to the ramp incline are not immediate. It takes time for the lift to reach the target incline shown on the display.
Ramp changes occur only when the foot pedals are in motion. The number that appears on the display indicates the selected CrossRamp setting, not the degree of incline. There is not a

RESISTANCE: Press and hold the RESISTANCE arrow keys to increase or decrease the resistance in from 1 to 20.
Right Selection Key: Every time you press this key the display reflects your cumulative strides, your strides per minute, or your vertical gain. An LED lights and indicates which information is being displayed.
