Troubleshooting

I pressed the OFF button by mistake. What do I do now?

• Press the ON/OFF button, choose desired MODE and program as desired.

I want to cancel the cooking cycle because the food is done.

• Press the OFF button if food is ready to serve.

What is the maximum time for cooking? For Keep Warm?

14 hours is the maximum amount of time that can be programmed for this slow cooker.

EXAMPLES:

8 hours of programmed cooking time provides 6 hours of Keep Warm

14 hours of programmed cooking time provides NO Keep Warm time; the slow cooker will automatically shut off at the end of the 14 hour cook cycle

14 hours of Keep Warm for food that has already been thoroughly cooked

I set the cooking time and now I want to change it. Can I?

No. Press the ON/OFF button, choose desired MODE and program as desired.

My slow cooker boils. Is it suppose to boil?

Yes. Your slow cooker has been specially designed to cook raw foods thoroughly (such as potatoes and carrots) as well as reach an internal food temperature for desired doneness.
