Sending email

When you’re ready to connect and send your email, make sure all the messages you want to send are in the Outbox folder.

Note: Make sure that your mobile phone or modem is connected to your netBook.

To send email:

1.Move to the Outbox folder to view the messages you want to send.

2.Tap the Send button on the Toolbar, or select Send from outbox on the Transfer menu, then:

∙Select All to send all the messages in the Outbox.

∙Select Selected to send only the emails you have highlighted.

∙Select Email to send email messages only, i.e. if you don’t wish to send fax or SMS messages waiting in the Outbox.
