What information do I need?

Before you can set up your netBook, you will need to find out some information about your modem and your Internet email account by:

Checking any documentation your ISP supplied about your Internet account, or contacting your network administrator at work.

Checking your ISP’s Web site for technical support.

Contacting your ISP by email or phone for technical support.

Checking the Psion Web site at “www.mobile.psion.com” for details of worldwide ISPs and to use the ISP configuration wizard.

Templates for popular service providers.

The PsiWin CD ROM contains ‘templates’ for popular Internet Service Providers, including those in the UK, US and Germany. You can use these templates to help you quickly set up your email account.
