Copying

If you have selected "Interposer" for "Designate Sheet 2 Tray" in Sys- tem Settings, you cannot copy on the slip sheets that you have speci- fied for this function.

You cannot select the bypass tray for sheet paper to copy the origi-

nals.
You can specify up to 100 pages.

To set paper using the interposer, see "Loading Paper in the Interpos- er", General Settings Guide.

A Press [Cover / Slip Sheet].

B Press [Desig. / Chapter].C Press the key to select the chapter number.

D Use the number keys to enter the page number of the originals you want to copy onto a slip sheet. Then press the {#} key.

E Select the paper tray for slip sheets.

F Press [Designate: Copy] to copy onto the slip sheets. Press [Designate: Blank] if you do not want to copy

86onto them.
G To specify another page, repeat steps D to F.

H Press [OK] twice.

I Select the paper tray containing thepaper to copy the originals onto.

J Place the originals, and then press the {Start} key.

Chapter

The pages you specify with this function will appear on the front of copy sheets.

Preparation

Before selecting this function, press the [Dup./Combine/Series] key and select Duplex (1 Sided → 2 Sided) mode or Combine mode.

Note

You can specify up to 100 pages.

This function can be used only when you select the Duplex (1 Sided→2 Sided) or Combine function.
