For assistance with VirtualReScan, contact the Kofax technical support staff, as shown below. Before contacting the technical support staff, please have the following information available:
•Version of VRS you are using
•Type of hardware you are using, including your PC and any peripherals such as scanners or printers
•Type of hardware accelerator and software engine you are using
•Operating system you are using
•Description of how the problem occurred, including error message text
