Unfinalising a Disc (V/VR mode)

1 With the unit in Stop mode, press the ANYKEY button.

Using the MENU button.

•With the unit in Stop mode/Playback mode, press the MENU button.

Press the …† buttons to select Disc Manager, then
2 press the OK or √ button.

			VR-Mode
				Unfinalise		Format
		MOVE	SELECT		RETURN	EXIT

3 Press the œ √ buttons to select Unfinalise, then press the OK button.

You will be prompted with the message “Do you want to unfinalise disc?”.

MOVE SELECT RETURN EXIT

If you select Yes, you will be prompted again with the message “Disc will be unfinalised. Do you want to continue?”.

MOVE SELECT RETURN EXIT

Press the œ √ buttons to select Yes, then press the

4 OK button.

The disc is unfinalised.

■ A DVD-RW can be finalised or unfinalised

	in Video mode.
NOTE

	Operation	Same as DVD-Video	Additional recording, protection
			and deletion are possible.
