nutmeg, 150 g grated mozzarella cheese, butter,

 

 

 

thyme

 

 

 

* In case of 600-650 g, Use half quantity.

 

 

 

Method

 

 

 

Peel potatoes and slice them to 3 mm thickness.

 

 

 

Rub the butter all over the surface of a gratin dish,

 

 

 

about 18 x 28 cm. Spread the slices on a clean

 

 

 

towel and keep them covered with the towel while

 

 

 

you prepare the rest of the ingredients. Mix the

into a large bowl and stir well. Layer the potato
