Playing back a Tape
✤To watch a tape you recorded.
✤Playback function works in PLAYER mode only.
✤There are two ways to watch a tape;
■
To watch with on the LCD : recommended for outdoor use.
■
To watch with on a TV monitor : recommended for indoor use.
✤It is practical to view a tape using the LCD in a car or outdoors.
✤It is practical to view a tape using a TV monitor while indoors.
✤To play a tape back, the TV must feature a compatible color system.
✤We recommend that you use the AC Power Adapter as the power
source of the camcorder.
Connecting to a TV which has an Audio
and Video input jack
✤ Use the Audio/Video cable supplied
with your camcorder.

The yellow plug : Video
■
The white plug : Audio(L)
■
The red plug : Audio(R)
Reference
You can use the S-VIDEO cable
(supplied with accessories) to obtain
better quality pictures if you have a
S-VIDEO connector on your TV.
(SCD70 only)
Even if you use S-video cable, you must connect an audio cable.
While playing back on a TV screen, close the LCD screen.
Otherwise, picture distortion may occur.

Visionnez une cassette
✤Lecture des cassettes que vous avez filmées.
✤La lecture n’est possible qu’en mode magnétoscope (PLAYER).
✤Vous pouvez visionner une cassette de deux manières différentes :
■
à l’écran LCD : recommandé pour une utilisation extérieure.
■
à l’écran de votre téléviseur : recommandé pour une utilisation
intérieure.
✤L’écran LCD s’avère très pratique à l’extérieur ou dans une voiture.
✤À l’intérieur, la lecture sur l’écran d’un téléviseur peut être préférable.
✤Pour lire une cassette sur un téléviseur, ce dernier doit posséder un
système couleur compatible avec celui du caméscope.
✤Nous vous conseillons d’utiliser l’adaptateur secteur du caméscope
pour l’alimentation.
Connexion à un téléviseur avec
entrée A/V
✤ Utilisez le câble audio/vidéo fourni avec
votre caméscope, en respectant le
codage des connecteurs.

jaune : vidéo
■
blanc : audio (gauche)
■
rouge : audio (droite)
Important
Vous pouvez brancher le câble S-VIDEO fourni sur votre téléviseur
(si celui-ci est équipé d’une prise S-VIDEO), afin d’obtenir une meilleure
qualité d’image. (SCD70 uniquement)
Même si vous utilisez le câble S-video, vous devez connecter un câble
audio. Lorsque vous visionnez une cassette sur votre téléviseur, fermez
l’écran LCD pour ne pas provoquer d’interférence.
