Special Notes	1.	Please refer to UPS Publication “Guide to Bar Coding with UPS
		Online - Version 5” for the UPS secondary message data format
		requirements and the latest format requirements.
	2.	This command implements Maxicode AIM I.S.S. (UPS Version
		3.1) symbol.
	3.	<RS> represents Hex 1E, <GS> represents Hex 1D, <EOT>
		represents Hex 04, <ESC> represents Hex 1B and <SP>
		represents Hex 20.
	4.	The following modes are supported:
