Saving and Transferring Ladder Diagrams

Description	It is possible to transfer a ladder diagram from the smart relay toward a backup
	memory (optional) and vice-versa.
	This allows:
	z To backup an application, then restore it later on if necessary,
	z To make a copy of an application for loading it in several smart relays.
