mareindicatorswill be lightecl, showing you whichexerclse(s)to do to develop the selectedmusclegroup. One ofthe
indicatorswillbe flashing to showyou which exercise todo first. Ifyou want to skip the first exercise,pressthe right
arrow an the NEXT button until the indicator is flashingon the exercise that you want to do first.The number of the
exercisewill be shown in the CAi.ORIES/EXERCISENO. dispk_y.Next,pressthe TONE or STRENGTHbutton, depend-
ing onwhetheryou want the firstexerciseto be a toneora strengthexercise. The WEIGHT d_spl_ will showthe rec-
arnmendedweight settingfor thefirst exercise. If desired,the weight settingcan be changed. This can be dane in the
samemanner as when the computer is in the manual mode. The SETSand REPSdisplays willshow the recommended
numbersofsetsand repetitionsfor the first exercise. If desired, the numberaf sets or repetitions can be changed. This
can be dane in the same manner as when the computeris in the manual mode.
Beginthefirst exercise. As you exercise, thecampuS' willprovide the same foec_0ackas when it is in the manual mode.
A/teryou have completed all of the repetitionsand sets forthe first exercise, pressthe rightarrow on the NEXT button
to selectthe nextexercise that you want todo. Do as many of the indicated exercises as desired.
When you have completeclthe desired exercisesfor the firstmusclegroup that you selected, pressonthe next muscle
groupthat you want to exercise.Do as many of the indicated exercisesas desired: Select as many muscle groups as
desired untilyourworkout is completed.
USING THE CUSTOM SMART CARD
IMPORTANT:Beforeinserting or removing the
CUSTOMSMARTCARD, press the POWER but-
tonto turn off the power. Insertthe CUSTOM
SMARTCARD into the left sideof the computer.
PressthePOWER buttonto turn on the power.
IMPORTANT:When the CUSTOM SMARTCARD
isUsed, the exercise insert and the decal sheet
mustbe usedar some we;gkt se_ngs will not
be accurate.
Thefirststep ;ncreating an exercise program ;s
to selectthe exerc;sesthat you wont to include in
yourfirstworkout. Lay the exercise insert down
sothe spacesnumbered 1 through 20 are on
lop. Next, refer to Pages 17 through 24 af this
owner'smanual and selectabout 6to 10 exer-
cisesthatyouwant to include in the workout. For
eachexercise that you select, apply a decal to
oneof the first 6to 10 spacesan the insert. If
thereis a prin_l decal for the exercise, apply
theprinted decal; if there is not a printed decal,
applya blank decal and write the name af the
exerciseon the decal. (Note: Wbenever the
BENCHPRESSexercise isincluded in a workout,
thedecal far theexercise mustbe applied to the
spacenumbered 1, 11, 21 or 31 anthe insert. If
theBENCH PRESSexercise is not included,those
spacesmustbe leftempty.) Next, labelall of the
decals an the insertwith o designation suchas
